SOUL RYEDERS' Yoga 4 Cancer Online Classes...

Our certified Yoga 4 Cancer instructors will be leading these live online classes twice a week on Thursday and Saturday mornings. Each class is one hour and is designed for cancer patients or survivors - whether new to Y4C or a previous attendee. Class size is limited to 8 participants.

THIS WEEK'S CLASSES

Thursday at 9:30am
Saturday at 9:00am

 

Participants are encouraged to join the class 15 minutes before the start time to talk with the instructor, chat with other participants or get set-up for class. Class begins promptly at scheduled time. 

Please note that each class has a unique link so you must register for classes to receive the correct link to the virtual class. Any questions or if you do not receive the link in a separate email after you register,

Join the video conference from the comfort of your home, with enough space to move around and the video set to show your whole body.

Please have the following items available to you, if possible:

  • yoga mat (or a beach towel)
  • two blocks (or rolls of paper towels, two large canisters or thick books)
  • a strap (or the waist tie from a bathrobe)
  • bolster (or two bed pillows or couch pillows)
  • yoga blanket (or a small blanket or beach towel
  • eye pillow (or a folded wash cloth or pillow case)
 

SOUL RYEDERS' Yoga for Cross Training
Tuesday evenings from 7:00pm - 7:45pm
In-person or Live Streaming (Virtual)

This 11 week program is designed for cross training. This class is open to everyone from Y4C to any level. This class will remind you how important it is to stretch your bodies and slow down.

We encourage anyone wanting an evening yoga session to join.

Shannon DiNota, one of our incredible Yoga4Cancer instructors, will be leading this class in-person at the Wainwright House in Rye, NY. The class will also be accessible virtually. When completing your registration, please select "in-person" or "virtual" ticket.

Masks are optional, but always welcome.

Please bring your own mat if you are attending in person. If you have blocks, please bring them as well.

SOUL RYEDERS is offering this yoga class as complimentary. 
There is a $10 suggested donation per class.
