The entire SOUL RYEDERS community is invited to join our special guest yoga instructor, Tara Picklo of Lov Yoga in Colorado, for a virtual SOULful Yoga class. This gentle yoga class has all four of our communities in mind: clients, caregivers, volunteers and donors.

SATURDAY, APRIL 17
9:30am

Now more than ever, it is important to find ways to intentionally slow down and take time for our mind, body and soul. Tara will teach us techniques to help bring balance into our bodies both on and off the mat. This class will guide us through postures and breathing practices that can be used throughout the day or when preparing for a peaceful night of sleep.

We look forward to coming together to connect as a community for this special class!

This live session is the kick-off to our new SOULful Yoga On-Demand Series which will be available in April!

At SOUL RYEDERS, we recognize that being with people facing similar circumstances can be helpful. We have some support groups with more specific focus. Currently, the groups are monthly live sessions, but will also include a way to stay connected with each other in-between each live session.

For dates and times of our support groups,
please see our March 2021 schedule.

  • WHAT'S NEXT ? GROUP

The completion of treatment is a transition period filled with a multitude of thoughts and emotions. This post-treatment groups aims to connect clients in this phase. We are starting a new group to connect clients in this phase. If you have finished active treatment in the past year and are looking to meet with others in a similar situation, please consider joining us.
