Please join Janet & Stephanie for a workshop to prepare our SOUL FIT groups to explore the power of releasing and restoring the body before and after a physical workout. We will flow with breathe to warm up the body in preparation to stretch, release and restore. The breathe will enable each participant to stay mindful while working through significant stretches to release tight and stressed muscles and release mental stress and fatigue. Restorative poses will be incorporated to recharge our energy reserves, heal the effects of stress and bring our nervous system into a more balanced state.

Janet Muller and Stephanie Gould are certified Yoga for Cancer (y4c) instructors and have been leading the SOUL RYEDERS y4c classes over the past two years. They are also the co-chairs for the SOUL STRONG Making Strides group. Both Janet and Stephanie are dedicated to supporting survivors in their fitness goals as they transition through cancer treatment into recovery and survivorship.
