Our Deep Relaxation for Sleep yoga class is designed to help alleviate the anxiety that causes the chatter in your mind which can occur from every day stress or other factors. This longer meditation is a guided nap in which you get to rest while also staying present. You will emerge feeling grounded and renewed.
This class can be taken at any time during the day and should allow you to get more out of your sleep and relax your nervous system.
This 20 minutes class will allow you to wake up feeling more refreshed and ready to take on the day!
Recommended equipment:
• pillow for your head
• blanket for your body and under your knees
• this can be done in bed as well
