Through mindfulness exercises and meditation instruction you will gain a clearer awareness of your thoughts and emotions and learn how to respond with clarity and stability whether the water is calm or rough.
After the meditation, time will be spent socializing and speaking with other participants. This space will allow time to discuss coping skills as well as other topics of interest to the participants. It will also offer a chance to pause and connect with others in the SR community.
