SOUL RYEDERS' Leadership Team is made up of six dedicated professionals who work each day to embody the mission and vision
of this organization.

Rachel, our "Camp Counselor", is responsible for coordinating volunteers for each of our programs and events, as well as managing our teams of spring and summer interns. Ever since she joined us in 2017, her positive energy is almost tangible as she greets each volunteer that walks through our door with warmth and gratitude. 

During this last year, she played the vital role of co-organizing the monthly care packages that were hand curated and delivered to the doorsteps of our clients who have been so impacted by the isolation of the pandemic.

Lesley is the "Magic Behind the Scenes". Starting with SOUL RYEDERS 11 years ago, she has evolved from an active volunteer to the one creating the look, feel and voice of SOUL RYEDERS. From our website, all of our social media posts and every email, Lesley takes all our ideas, programs, events and messages and makes them come to life. 

Heidi, "In Charge of Keeping Us Together", brings her wealth of development knowledge to SOUL RYEDERS along with a healthy sense of humor to her newest role in our organization. For the last 5 years, her professionalism coupled with her compassion for our communities and our staff, has infused the rest of the staff with energy, positivity and trust. 

Stacy, our "Rock", is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is often the first person a new client or caregiver will meet. Her approach to every client/caregiver is to treat each of them as an individual, ensure they never feel alone and provide them with the personalized support they need. She also manages our support groups and offerings to both clients and caregivers. Stacy is the newest member of our Leadership Team joining us in December, 2019. It didn't take long for each of us to feel her kindness and compassion that she shares with our communities.
